You need to complete each target at least 10 times either in training or in matches.

So keep practising!!

If you are not sure of any of these targets, please just ask your coach

Feedback and encouragement from your coach on your targets and match performances.

Don’t forget to have a look at the timetable on the news page to check your training times each week in case they change.

Also, why not have a go at one of the other sports on offer.

Why not bring your whole family down to a different sports session to have a go? We have a variety of sports running 7 days a week.
